開啟年度大滿貫賽事的澳洲網球公開賽(Australian Open)今天(16日)開打，名列大會第一種子的球王莫瑞(Andy Murray)和球后柯貝(Angelique Kerber)都將在首日出賽。

澳網今天在墨爾本登場，當地天氣晴朗，當會場比預定開賽時間還早一小時開門時，氣溫是在攝氏20度(華氏68度)。

今天率先登上澳網主要賽場─羅德拉沃球場(Rod Laver Arena)的比賽，將由羅馬尼亞馬尼亞女將哈勒普(Simona Halep)對上美國選手羅傑斯(Shelby Rogers)。而英國名將莫瑞和烏克蘭選手馬欽柯(Illya Marchenko)之戰，預定排在日場最後一場；德國球后柯貝和烏克蘭女網選手朱蓮科(Lesia Tsurenko)的比賽，則是開幕日夜間賽事的第一場。
 

 

 

（中央社記者劉建邦台北30日電）台北市長柯文哲今天主持交通會報時說，政府目的是管理不是罰錢，要求針對常違規地段分析、改善，且違規金額高達26億元，「只是讓我民調更低而已」，希望相關單位檢討。

台北市交通事件裁決所統計，今年1至11月交通違規金額高達新台幣26億元，比去年同期暴增近2億元，更創近5年來新高。

柯文哲中午主持交通會報時提到此議題，他說，政府目的是管理不是罰錢，要求交通局針對常違規地段進行分析改善，交通違規金額罰26億元，「只是讓我民調更低而已」。

柯文哲提到罰金金額，直言嚇死人了，還以台語講「故意害市長」。他說，一個月一條路開30次罰單，這是有問題的，故意給人家開單，不要說30張，5張那條路就是要修改。

柯文哲希望市府同仁要建立SOP觀念，建立流程，碰到問題就調整，這樣可解決80%的問題，他也提到，自己在台大就是這樣解決問題，才讓葉克膜團隊成為最好的團隊。

柯文哲提到，「好的醫生開10幾個都不會死，爛的醫生怎麼開都會死」，此外並要求列管經常違規路段，並提出改善計畫，先選擇前幾名違規次數較多的路段做試驗，做3個月就知道有沒有效。1051230
